Changing Jdev Startup Pic

Steps to Change the Start up Pic of JDeveloper.

1. Download any pic that you want to show when Jdev Starts up.
2. Rename it to splash.png
3. Place it under your jdev bin directory.
4. For me it was - C:\Oracle\Middleware\Oracle_Home\jdeveloper\jdev\bin 
5. Restart Jdev and the new Pic should get displayed.
